Here are some ways to get involved with Freedom Guide Dogs!

Become a Puppy Raiser! We are always looking for warm, caring people to foster a guide dog puppy. Go to our Puppy Raiser page for more details and information.

Schedule a presentation. Freedom is all about raising awareness for our cause. The more we spread the word about how guide dogs can help people, the more people we can actually help! So, if you are in a Rotary Club, Lions Club, church group, or school, give us a call, (315) 822-5132. We'll come to you and we'll even bring a guide dog for you to meet!

Have a friendraiser. A "friendraiser" is a different kind of presentation that Freedom offers. It is in a more intimate setting involving a small group of your friends who want to know more about what we do. It can be at your home, at a restaurant, coffee shop, etc. There is usually food and drink served. Freedom makes a presentation, brings one of our clients to talk about his/her experience and then we answer questions and converse for the rest of the evening.
